10. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Unless otherwise stated:
Live Courses
To ensure a meaningful and interactive learning experience, each online course group requires a minimum of 3 participants and accepts a maximum of 5 participants.
When you register your interest in a course, your name will be placed on the participant list. Payment will only be requested once the minimum number of participants has been reached and the course is confirmed to proceed.
If payment has been made and the minimum number of participants is not reached, resulting in the course being cancelled, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued. As this is a small-group, art-based experiential leadership program, each participant contributes to the learning experience and group process. Withdrawals after the course begins can disrupt the continuity and dynamics of the group and affect the experience of other participants.
If a participant is unable to attend a session due to illness, personal circumstances, or other unforeseen reasons, refunds or partial refunds will not be provided. Where possible, course materials, exercises, or a brief individual catch-up session may be offered at the facilitator's discretion. However, missed group sessions cannot be rescheduled or repeated.
By making payment, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms
